The Three Gossips is a rock formation near the Courthouse Towers in Arches National Park. Arches National Monument was created by President Herbert Hoover on April 12, 1929. Interestingly, earlier in the same year the January 12th edition of the Saturday Evening Post had Rockwells "Three Gossips" on the cover, the strong resemblence is obvious.
